The pricing for this dental software is the same whether you buy from Benco or Open Dental. For the first 12 months, you’ll be paying $179/month/location. However, once you reach month 13, you will be entitled to a “loyalty discount,” which is $129/month/location.

For Open Dental’s server-based solution, we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. Beyond 90 days, customers will continue paying $179 until they arrive at their 13 consecutive month of support service. At month 13, customers will receive our loyalty discount rate, $129/month. Any existing Open Dental customer paying the loyalty discount directly can switch to Benco billing, but the monthly fee must go back to $179/month for the first 12 months.

Open Dental’s cloud based solution is $430/month. Currently, Open Dental nor Benco offers a loyalty discount.

Although the pricing is the same whether you purchase through Benco or Open Dental, you’ll receive more benefits when purchasing the Open Dental software through Benco. Here are just a few of the perks you’ll receive via Benco:

Open Dental offers both cloud and server-based options for hosting their practice management software. It is robust, reliable, and relatively “light” to store on Windows systems. Open Dental’s cloud-based system is hosted in the cloud and is accessed via a web browser.

eServices are optional internet-based features available through Open Dental that can provide enhanced access for patients and providers by automating many office tasks. How much does the data conversion cost.

Open Dental’s conversion team specializes in extracting data from more restrictive practice management systems. Each customer purchasing Open Dental will first need to complete a FREE test data conversion, which takes no longer than an hour of the office’s time.

Open Dental’s data conversion team will process the results in one to two days. Then, once the test data conversion is completed, we can move on to the final and full data conversion, which takes no longer than a few hours to complete.

Most data conversions range from $1000 to $1400 per location, though conversions from Eaglesoft, PracticeWorks, SoftDent, and Dentrix are quoted at $1200, which is substantially cheaper than switching to these programs.

For Benco customers, there is a $100 discount available for all data conversions!
