PITTSTON, PA —August 8, 2024 — Benco Dental, the nation’s largest independent distributor of oral healthcare technology and supplies, has once again been certified by Great Place To Work.® This is the ninth time in ten years the company has earned this recognition from the global authority on workplace culture.
The prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Benco Dental. For this year, 85% of employees said it’s a great place To Work—28 points higher than the average U.S. company.

Rable says it’s also gratifying to know that so many associates enthusiastically take the time required to complete the detailed survey, which consists of over 50 statements which associates rate across a five-point consistency scale, plus two open-ended questions. It generally takes about 15 minutes to complete. The company carefully evaluates the rich trove of resulting data for opportunities to be better every year.
